About The Program

The National Superintendents Forum is a gathering designed exclusively for district leaders navigating today’s most complex educational challenges. This highly curated experience brings together Superintendents from across the country for candid, solution-focused conversations on the issues that matter most — from staffing and student support to funding, safety, innovation, and leadership sustainability.

Unlike traditional conferences, this forum prioritizes meaningful dialogue over presentations. Through interactive roundtables, peer-led sessions, and structured networking, attendees gain practical strategies, fresh perspectives, and trusted connections they can rely on long after the program ends.

With a limited number of participants, the experience is intentionally intimate, allowing for deeper discussion, authentic collaboration, and real-world problem solving alongside fellow leaders who understand the unique demands of the superintendency.

Past Topics Of Discussion

Navigating national politics, AI policies, public funding shifts, and the evolving landscape of public education.

Ensuring all students, including ELL and special populations, receive the support they need to thrive.

Preparing for evolving workforce demands, policy shifts, and the next generation of K-12 leadership.

Evidence-based interventions to ensure students meet grade-level expectations in reading, math, and essential skills.

Strengthening school-parent relationships, addressing political pressures, and clarifying roles in student success.

Navigating federal and state funding uncertainties, equitable resource allocation, and maximizing district budgets.

Ethical implementation, policy development, and practical applications of AI in the classroom and district operations.
